Q1. Where to connect the power adapter? 

A1. There is a mini USB port for power adapter on the smart gateway.

Q2. What is the power of smart gateway.

A2. The power is less than 2W. 

Q3. Why the smart phone can not detect the smart gateway even after we connect it to the Router. 

A3. Have not connect the phone to the Router. 

Q4. How can the smart gateway remote control the devices? 

A4. If the Router that connected with the smart gateway have also connected to the Internet then disconnect the

phone with router, open the 3G/4G internet of the phone then you can remote control the devices.

Q5. Why can’t I remote control the devices? 

A5. Have not connect the router to internet, or have not open the Internet function on phone.  

Q6. Can I use the remote control function abroad.

A6. Sure, anytime anywhere as long as there is signal or internet. 

Q7. What can’t I find the smart gateway on the room on the Letsmart App?

A7. Go to Settings-Equipment Management and check. 

Q8. How to change the name of the smart gateway?

A8. Settings-Equipment Management. Find your smart gateway icon and slide to the left. There will be two small options, click

on the left one . You can modify the name of Smart Gateway and click on【Done】

Q9. How to delete the added smart gateway from Letsmart APP? 

A9. 【Settings Equipment Management. Find your smart gateway icon and slide to the left. There will be two small options,

click on the right one . You can delete the Smart Gateway. 

Q10. How can I Delete the existing smart gateway and add the new gateway on the Letsmart App?

Enter into the interface of binding rooms. The smart gateway is not acquiesce in all

rooms and if you want to bind rooms, just select it. It will show that “This

room has bound to a smart gateway. Do you need to replace it? You can reset the smart gateway in the Room Management.

Click on【Yes】and 【Bind Immediately】 to complete it.

Q11. How many devices can the smart gateway networking? 

A11. Generally speaking: 65000 devices. 

Q12: Why the Letsmart App can not connect to the smart gateway? 

A12. The phone have not connected to the Router that connected with the smart gateway.

Q13. Why can’t I control the smart devices after binding a new smart gateway?

A13. The smart gateway have not binding to the corresponding room. Setings- room management, choose and

enter the corresponding room then bind the corresponding smart gateway.
