Q1. How to add smart led bulb on Letsmart APP?

A1. In the room interface, click on 【add】button to get into the interface of

adding devices, click on the icon of smart led bulb, scan the QR code of the smart led bulb and add. 

Q2. Where can I install and use the smart led bulb? 

A2. Can install wherever with E27 interface. 

Q3. What is the power of the smart led bulb?

A3. It is LED. Energy saving. Just 8W. 

Q4. How can we change the color of the smart led bulb.

A4. In the room interface, Click on the bulb Icon, left slide in the bulb control interface, enter color interface. 

Q5. How can I change the brightness of the smart led bulb.

A5. There is a bar on the bottom of the bulb control interface, left slide to get darker, right slide to get lighter.

Q6. How can I add a smart led bulb with SN? 

A6. On the bulb adding interface, click on【 Input SN manual】,

enter the SN, done. ( smart phone and smart gateway need to connected to the Internet) 

Q7. Where is the shake function of smart led bulb?

A7. 【Setting】-【Equipment】, open the shake function. ( default open),

then you can change color on color interface by shaking your phone. 

Q8. What is the life span of the smart led bulb? 

A8. 150 thousand hours

Q9. Where is the voice control function? How to control the bulb?

A9. On the corresponding room, down slide and enter the voice control interface. 

Q10. Why can’t I control the smart led bulb by phone? 

A10. The smart gateway have not binding with the room with smart led bulb or your phone have not connected to

the corresponding router. 

Q11. Can the bulb work under 110V? 

A11. Yes, the operating voltage is 85V-250V

Q12. How to change the name of the smart led bulb?

A12.【Settings】---【Equipment Management】, Find your smart led bulb icon and slide to the left. There will be two small options,

click on the left one . You can modify the name of Smart Led Bulb and click on【Done】

Q13. If I install the smart led bulb in another room, do I need to change the corresponding room on Letsmart APP? 

A13. Up to you. Still can control directly even not change. 

Q14. What if I want to change the room of smart led bulb on Letsmart App?

A14.【Settings】---【Equipment Management】，Click on【Edit】in the upper right

corner. Find your smart led bulb, press and hold its icon and slide up and down to the position you want.

Click on【Compete】.

Q15. How can I turn on/ off the smart led bulb? 

A15. Click the smart led bulb iron on room interface and enter the bulb control interface.

Click on the smart led bulb picture to turn on/off.

Q16. How can I know weather the smart led bulb is on/off when not at home?

A16. If the phone have connected to the internet, log in the APP and check the icon of the smart led bulb.

Red icon means on, gray means off. 

Q17. Leaving home, is that any way to turn off all of the bulbs in one-time?

A17. You can add a leaving home scene and set all bulbs off in this scene, then just need to press one button to

realize this scene when leave home. 

Q18. How to use the anti-theft lighting function?

A18. There is a anti-theft bottom on the right corner of Bulb control interface, you can set up the time to turn on the smart led bulb. 

Q19. Can I control the bulb without entering the bulb control interface? 

A19. Yes, you can control the bulb by long-pressing the bulb icon on the binding room. 

Q20. What if I can’t scan the QR code to add the devices?

A20. You can add the devices by SN. 

Q21. How to delete a smart led bulb?

A21.【Settings】---【Equipment Management】，Find your smart led bulb icon and slide to the left.

There will be two small options, click on the right one . You can delete smart led bulb.
