Smart remote controller

Q1. How to add smart remote controller on Letsmart APP? 

A1. On any room interface, click 【Adding】, click the smart remote controller Icon and then scan the

smart remote controller QR code. 

Q2. Why can’t I see the added smart remote controller on the corresponding room on Letsmart App? 

A2. There is only one smart remote controller needed in each room so default it is not showed on the room.

You can check it on 【Settings】---【Equipment Management】

Q3. How can I add the appliances after adding the smart remote controller on Letsmart APP? 

A3. On the corresponding room with smart remote controller, click 【adding】to add TV, A/C ect. 

Q4. Where is the voice control function? How to use?

A4. On the corresponding room, press the picture and down slide, enter the voice control interface.

Say turn on the TV/ turn off the TV ect to the phone and control the devices. 

Q5. What Can’t I control the A/C, TV and other devices on the room after removing the

smart remote controller to another room?

A5. There is no smart remote controller on the original room, so the A/C, TV and other devices

can not get the signal from the phone. 

Q6. What can’t I add infrared devices on the room on Letsmart APP? Such as TV, A/C? 

A6. There is no smart remote controller on this room. 

Q7. Why do the Letsmart APP say “ Smart remote controller existed” when I try to add

a smart remote controller on the room ? 

A7. There is already one smart remote controller binding to this room. Only one smart remote controller

allowed on each room. 

Q8. Why can’t I control the A/C on bedroom when the smart remote controller placed on the living room? 

A8. The smart remote controller control the A/C by infrared ray but infrared ray can not go through wall. So the

smart remote controller on living can not control the A/C on bedroom. 

Q9. Why the cloud matching of A/C,  TV and other devices failed? 

A9. The router that connected with the smart gateway have not connected with Internet. 

Q10. How dose the smart remote controller learn manually? 

A10. Take Air-Condition to be the example. there are the Select Brand and Manually Learning options

in the upper right corner. Click on 【Manually Learning】in the household appliance control interface,

and then click any button in Air-Condition control interface and it will show that

 “aim the remote-control unit at the remote control press the corresponding button to

complete the learning of buttons. Use your AC remote controller to point at Smart Remote Controller and press

 the corresponding button.Smart Remote Controller will learn it and the APP will show“Learning Successfully”.

You can learn all the buttons and click on 【Cancel 】to complete the manually learning.

Q11. Why still can’t I control the A/C after clouding matching or manually learning? 

A11. Maybe the smart remote controller is blocked by something. 

Q12. How can I rename the smart remote controller? 

A12. 【Settings】---【Equipment Management】, Find your smart remote controller icon and slide to the left.

There will be two small options, click on the left one .

You can modify the name of smart remote controller and click on【Done】.

Q13. How to delete the smart remote controller? 

A13. 【Settings】---【Equipment Management】，Click on【Edit】in the upper right corner.

Find your smart remote controller, press and hold its icon and slide left.

There will be two options, click on the right one and delete.
