Smart plug Socket

Q1. How to add a smart plug socket on Letsmart APP?

A1. In the room interface, click on【Add】button to enter into the interface

of adding devices. Click on【Smart Socket】icon and get into the interface of scanning QR code,

Use the mobile phone toscan the QR code on the smart socket. After scanning successfully,

enter the name in the blank of smart socket name. Click on 【Done】, showing “add successfully”.

Q2. Where is the voice control function? How to use?

A2. On the corresponding room, press the picture and down slide, enter the voice control interface.

Say turn on the socket/ turn off the socket ect to the phone and control the devices. 

Q3. How to use the timing function?

A3. Click on the smart socket icon in the room interface to get into the

smart socket control interface. Click on【Timing】button in the upper right corner

and you can turn on/turn off the timing function and set the timing time. 

Q4. How to turn on/off the smart socket manually?

A4. There is a small button on it.It turns blue if you turn it on. No back light if you turn it off. 

Q5. Can I control the smart socket without entering the smart socket control interface? 

A5.Yes.  Press and hold the smart socket icon in the room interface.The icon becoming red color means

smart socket is on. The gray color icon means off.

Q6. How can I rename the smart socket?

A6. 【Settings】---【Equipment Management, Find your smart socket icon and slide to the left.

There will be two small options, click on the left one .

You can modify the name of smart socket and click on【Done】. 

Q7. If I move the smart socket to another room, how can I move it to the corresponding room on Letsmart APP?

A7. 【Settings】---【Equipment Management】，Click on【Edit】in the upper right

corner. Find your smart socket, press and hold its icon and slide up and down to the position you want.

Click on【Compete】.

Q8. Is the smart socket fire protection?

A8. Yes, it use the E0 flame-resistant material. The fire protection is E0. 

Q9. Can I use 2500W equipment on the smart socket?

A9. No, it can only take equipment under 2300W. 

Q10. Is the smart socket waterproof? 

A10. No.

Q11. How can I delete the smart socket on Letsmart APP?

A11.【Settings】---【Equipment Management】，Find your smart socket icon and slide to the left.

There will be two small options, click on the right one . You can delete smart socket.

Q12. Is the smart socket anti- lightning stroke? 

A12. No.

Q13. Can I use the smart socket on 110V?

A13. Yes, the operating voltage is AC 85V- 265V
